And while Georgia has the world's busiest passenger airport, many businessmen rely on Atlanta's general aviation airports. Yet business aviation interests are frequently not considered fairly by local and state airport authorities. The problem is not unique to Georgia. Many non-hub airports nationwide are threatened by advancing development, misinformed community opposition and political neglect.
