GBL is a prime contractor under the Naval Sea Systems Command sponsored SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract. SeaPort-e is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract providing professional support services required by the Navy's System Commands (SYSCOMs) including Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems (NAVAIR), Space & Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) and Naval Facilities Engineering (NAVFAC) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), U.S.

James Dark joined GBL in 2003. With over 25 years of technical and management experience in systems engineering and project management, Dark is responsible for new product development and program management. He is a certified Six-Sigma Plus Black Belt and oversees the use of statistical analysis in GBL’s business and design decision processes. Prior to GBL, James worked at Northrop Grumman and Honeywell in various technical, engineering and managerial roles.

Aaron Gavino joined GBL in 1998. With over 25 years of technical and management experience in systems engineering and software integration, Gavino is responsible for leading GBL’s systems engineering and test activities. His background includes the design, development, and integration of real-time software for avionics systems.
