We act quickly during this phase as our clients depend on us to have a strong sense of urgency in filling their critical positions. SOURCING Our next step is in contacting prospective candidates. These are sourced from our multi-million person database, as well as through our constantly updated mapping of talent in relevant positions. We constantly work toward defining those who are in a position to consider a move that benefits their career and family. Candidates are often inundated with agency phone calls, and since they are typically busy and not always motivated to pursue a new job opportunity, our approach is to listen to the candidate and develop a relationship of trust
