Bill Windish President / Art Director There is no substitute for good, solid work. For over fifteen years, Bill Windish has focused on creating top-notch design and advertising. His constant attention to detail has won over clients in many industries. From auto racing to real estate, large or small, each client gets the attention to detail that help propel a client to the next level. Most recently, his work with Mindset Incorporated, has helped to take DMB Realty to a new level with advertising for various destination communities like Ladera Ranch, Verrado and DC Ranch. These pieces can be found in either the clientele or the portfolio sections. Jeff Miraglia Creative Director Jeff is the managing partner and creative director for Mindset Incorporated, and works with Gecko Grafix on a regular basis providing creative and art direction. Prior to Mindset Incorporated, Jeff was the Executive Creative Director for E.B. Lane, Arizona's largest marketing communications agency. Some of Jeff's key accomplishments include: the "Amazing what you an do from here" campaign for the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau and development of the concept for the Downtown Phoenix Partnership's new branding effort and identity - "Copper Square'. Jeff has also been busy for the past four years reaping numerous local and national creative excellence awards including Addy's, Telly's, New York Film Festival Finalists, HSMAI as well as others.
