GeekLabs is operated by the "Head Geek", Mike Harrison. GeekLabs is also a collective of talented geeks based in (but not limited to) the Chattanooga area. The geeks at GeekLabs each have unique skills making him/her a vital part of a team of experienced and productive programmers and technicians. Our main competency is programming and operating web-centric database applications for specialized business applications using *nix operating systems and SQL servers. Historically, GeekLabs has created and operated core technologies for payment processing (ACH and Credit Cards), order fulfillment, online loan processing, inventory control, custom shopping carts, maintenance management, specialized communications for the pager and cell phone industry, document handling for loan/banking applications, critical sub-components of larger systems, and embedded devices for point of sale and process automation as well as routers and custom built communications equipment (wired and wireless). GeekLabs is not a 'web design' shop, but does often work with talented designers and marketing professionals to make their projects "work". The GeekLabs toolbox includes: HTML/JavaScript/Perl/PHP/Java/C languages, Sybase, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL databases, Linux/BSD/Solaris/Qnx/SCO and Microsoft Operating Systems.
