At Geer, we consider hiring to be the most important thing we do. We are proud of the fact that almost half of our employees have been employed at Geer for over 10 years, and about 10% of us have been here for more than 20 years.

Geer has been offering comprehensive Rehabilitation Services on both an Inpatient and Outpatient basis for over 25 years. We also have all the necessary skills and equipment to help you improve your Daily Living Activities (ADL).

Contributions to Geer Foundation make it possible for us to provide services that enhance the quality of life for our residents and for those who take advantage of our many support services. When we receive unrestricted donations, we have the opportunity to offer services that are not covered by our fees or by government reimbursements. Additionally, our staff may also receive support for education through our scholarship fund.

In February 1970, Geer opened the Geer Memorial Health Center, a state-of-the-art nursing facility. In a short period of time the new Center gained a reputation with physicians and professional caregivers alike, as a premiere provider of skilled nursing care.

In forty years since its founding, Geer has evolved into a community institution that is not easy to describe. It has grown from a skilled care nursing facility into a bold and innovative provider of healthcare able to offer a wide range of services.
