Dhruba has extensive experience in product management and engineering execution across a broad range of Internet based companies. He is a software and Internet industry veteran and has founded multiple companies with successful exits. He has 20+ years of experience in managing challenges of running and exceeding expectations of global 24x7 IT and software operations in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Founded in 2005, Box provides a secure content sharing platform that both users and IT love and adopt. Content on Box can be shared internally and externally, accessed through iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows Phone applications, among others, and extended to partner applications such as Google Apps, NetSuite and Salesforce.

We support the adoption of BIM technology and processes through project based services, allowing teams to advance their use of these critical systems while meeting project schedules. We provide training and knowledge transfer as part of every engagement. Most recently, Kalita served as vice president of engineering at Central Desktop. Prior to that, he was founder and CTO at Foodlink.net, and NetInfo, and chief software architect at Xerox. He has extensive experience in working with startups as well as Fortune 500 companies, including Xerox, Sun, IBM, HP, and Microsoft. Dhruba holds a MS in Engineering from Arizona State University and a BS from Indian Institute of Technology.

Larry Field is the founder and principal of NSB Associates and has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than $1 billion of real estate in Southern California. In mid 1965, Mr. Field relocated to Los Angeles from New York City and until 1968 managed property and represented, among others, Harry Helmsley and Loews Corporation. Prior to forming NSB in 1983, Mr. Field was a partner of The Richlar Partnership, which he co-founded in 1976.
