In 1999, Steve Geigle, MA, CSHM, CET, developed the online occupational safety and health training website OSHAcademy ( www.oshatrain.org ). Steve developed this website to meet the growing need for online occupational safety and health education and training. During this time, Steve worked for Oregon OSHA as a trainer and helped to develop its online safety training courses. Over the years, Steve continued to develop courses for OSHAcademy designed to help supervisors, managers, and business owners establish a safe work environment.
