Description
Geist Mfg was founded in Lincoln, NE in 1948 under the name Winders and Geist. The company began developing cord covers and electrical conduit during the late 1940's and 1950's. Geist branched out into other electrical products during the next few decades. In the 1980's, at the request of farm equipment manufacturers, Geist began to produce a variety of plastic irrigation products and moved into center pivot irrigation accessories in the mid 1990s.
