Return Merchandise Policy. You have 10 days from the ship date to receive refunds. Before returning any item, you must email the refund request to sales@gemcollectibles.com to receive instructions. All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated in the item description. No returns on special orders.
