Currently, with 5 state-of-the-art warehouse facilities located across North America, and a total combined 1 million square feet of warehouse space, TYC/Genera is able to deliver products to most customers within 2 working days. Our massive warehouse facilities and sophisticated inventory control system enable us to keep a large selection of products so that our customers can get what they want, when they want it, in the fastest time possible.

Design & Engineering – With years of experience in engineering design, our engineers employ the latest software and equipment, working closely with our OE customers to design and manufacture products that meet our customer’s unique specifications. We are also well versed in SAE/DOT regulations that govern some specific product lines like lamps and mirrors, ensuring that safety-compliant products are distributed to the market.

Production & Quality Control – All of our manufacturing facilities are TS-16949/ISO 9001:2008 certified, with annual audits performed to maintain certification. This is our commitment to the quality process which translates into the highest quality products leaving our production lines. Through the use of modern robotics and automated process controls, we are able to achieve high production efficiency with low defect rates.

The NSF Automotive Collision Replacement Parts Certification Program has been established since 2011 to provide additional 3 rd party certification of automotive exterior lighting products to ensure their compliance to FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards), as well as "to ensure the highest level of performance in fit, form and function" when compared to the Original Equipment service parts. This program also includes other automotive parts like Bumpers, Sheetmetals, Hoods and exterior plastic autobody parts.
