Description

The company was established April 8, 1982 and consisted of three people, with a 1 color press, small die cutter, and a glue machine. Today GCI, still independent employs a staff of 65 people, most of who have been with the company for 10 years and longer.The philosophy of partnering is also employed within the GCI family. The people who work and share their efforts & expertise, participate in daily as well as long term decisions.Formal titles do not exist within the company because we believe they can sometimes get in the way of getting the job done. Nobody has all the answers and our open management style allows everyone to participate and grow.
