Last May I was going through a divorce and had to move out of the home I shared with my husband. We shared all expenses on the home. I offered to live in the house alone and make the payments until it sold, but my ex-husband would not move out. It was not a safe place so that was not an option for me. He refused to manage a sale on his own and he also refused to refinance the home on his own so I had no choice but to move out. I was stuck. I was lucky enough to have a family member that I could temporarily move in with. During this time my ex-husband was staying in the house and I was still paying half the mortgage. After a few months, I moved out and rented a place all my own. Once I was paying rent, I couldn't make 2 payments. My husband was staying in our house so he agreed to make the payments. Unfortunately, once I stopped paying half, he stopped paying all together. This went on for a year until I was connected with Glenn and his team. My house was going into foreclosure, my credit was destroyed because of non-payment, and I was going through a messy divorce. I was lost and afraid for my future. Glenn absolutely came to my rescue.
