All first time Vieta orders must be $300 minimum. All orders are worked on a first come first serve basis. If a shipment takes longer than 5 business days, it is because items you have ordered are out of stock and/or there are orders placed ahead of yours. You will not be notified in regards to your order status unless requested. Please review your invoice when you receive shipment. All items that are put on backorder will not be cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us about any cancelled backorders or any changes made to back orders; otherwise we will ship and charge you for what is on your back order as soon as we receive the items. Vieta will not cover the shipping on backordered items. Shipping charge will be included on your invoice. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, unless requested by customer. If you require an expedited delivery, please call our office at 323-588-9388 to notify us immediately after placing your order. Please note that all additional charges will be applied to your invoice.
