Paul is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years in the traffic industry. He has been the co-owner of General Traffic Controls since 1977.Louis has a sales and accounting background. You talk to him about quotes, orders, and various business management matters. He came on board in 1988.Allen is active in sales and product and software support. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Security+ Certified. He has been at GTC since 1989.Amanda has been taking care of special projects and other customer service and sales issues since 2002.Paul B is an experienced shop and field technician. He performs customer service and the final assembly work and testing of each cabinet before it is sent out.Ben is IMSA Level II certified and experienced at customer and field service. Customer service in and out of the shop are his specialty since 2004. Patti has been taking care of customer service and sales issues since 2007.
