Our philosophy of inclusion supports the rights of all children to be active participants in natural settings within their communities. We actively recruit families and offer enrollment opportunities for children with disabilities within our integrated, developmentally appropriate curriculum. In collaboration with the district and other community agencies, we assist children with disabilities to ensure that they are identified and provided a full range of services to meet individual needs.

Welcome to the world of Budget Services! 9.5 FTE provide customer service to sites and departments who in turn, facilitate services to students. We establish, maintain and oversee more than 100,000 accounts within the District’s $541 million budget. We provide detailed information of how the District spends its resources. In addition, Budget Services reports expenditure information to federal, state and local government on a regular basis.

Welcome to the Facilities Division of the Sacramento City Unified School District! Our goal is to provide and maintain safe, efficient and clean learning environments for students and staff at 81 school sites – 50 elementary schools, eight K-8 schools, eight middle schools, 13 high schools, two adult schools, child development programs at 49 of these sites plus several administrative sites – that cover a 67 square mile area and work with parents and communities to provide facilities, playgrounds and athletic fields that everyone can use and enjoy.

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), also known as No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), provides benefits to low-income students enrolled in non-profit, private or not-for-profit school sites. Public school districts are required to provide services and funds to eligible private school students which are equitable to those provided to qualified public school students in the same district.

The Sacramento City Unified Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization founded to raise financial resources for our district.
