This financing provided for the construction of two Class A office buildings containing an aggregate of 141,000 square feet of multi-tenant space located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The master development consists of 210 acres developed into multiple office buildings with approximately one million square feet of office space and has 50 acres remaining for future development. Each office building is equipped with state-of-the-art technological capabilities and common area amenities within the park include a walking trail and several restaurants.

Bob Williams began working at Geneva in early 2008. He has worked in and been a consultant to the commercial real estate industry since 1978. With Geneva, Bob is responsible for managing our loan portfolio including all aspects of loan structuring and administration. Bob is also a leader in our loan workout efforts. He has led the loan workout of a variety of real estate assets working with contractors, brokers, government authorities and others to successfully complete, market and dispose of each of the assets.
