We are not your traditional retail pharmacy; we are a closed-door pharmacy. This means that we are on-site to assist those individuals that are serviced by our partner centers. Even though we can fill all medications, we specialize in behavioral health and understand the unique needs of your consumers and the market.

This award is presented twice annually. The winning employee nominated by co-workers for going the extra mile in providing excellent customer service on behalf of Genoa. Awards are personally given by the CEO.

Genoa has experience interfacing with eMARs, which allows our partner agencies (often residential agencies) that use an online system to log med passes for individuals in a real-time web-based system.
