Dr. George Mills has over 40 years experience in formulating paints and coatings of all types. This includes both liquid applied coatings as well as powder coatings. We have considerable experience in formulating, manufacturing, and application of fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) pipe and re-bar coatings. Dr. Mills served six years in the Middle East as Technical Director for one of the largest pipe coating facilities in the world.

We specialize in addressing problems requiring highly technical chemistry, physics, and material science knowledge and the analytical instrumentation required to demonstrate solutions to these problems.

Dr. George Mills, the principal investigator of GM&A has very broad based experience in the mechanics of equipment used in most processes. When combined with the in-depth knowledge of chemistry and physics, as well as strong mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, physical occurrences can be explained in a way to be understood by the lay person.
