Thank you for considering me as your pool builder. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about my business and myself. In February 1997, I opened my own business. Prior to that I worked for my father ’s swimming pool business for 20 years. In those 25 years I gained experience with in-ground and above-ground pools, spas, pool renovations, retaining walls, brick and concrete patios, water features, waterfalls, fountains, fiber optic lights, automatic covers and safety covers. To date, I have installed an estimated 450 pools, both residential and commercial. In April of 1999 I opened a swimming pool retail store to better meet my customers needs. The store offers a variety of pool toys, lounges, basketball and volleyball games. By carrying a full line of pool and spa chemicals and offering water testing to ensure your pool is properly balance, I further keep my commitment of servicing what I sell. I have a lot to offer you as a customer. Since we are not a large company, our goal is quality not quantity. You become a personal customer to us, not just another job. Our company does 90% of the work itself, which gives us maximum control of our time and the quality of the job. We take great pride in our work. I believe that if our customer is satisfied, he or she will become a repeat customer and refer other people. After 25 years, I am still learning and invite a new challenge.
