Statesboro, Ga. – Bulloch County’s newest manufacturing business, Great Dane Trailers, and Georgia Quick Start, the nation’s number-one workforce training organization, today announce plans for preparing the company’s projected 400 new employees. Great Dane Trailers has built a 450,000-square-foot facility on a 118-acre site in Statesboro, Ga. In its first phase, the plant will have the capacity to produce more than 5,000 trailers annually, employing more than 400 people.

Georgia’s Quick Start program has helped many major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers find, assess and train team members in FDA-regulated processes. Quick Start’s team of training professionals has extensive experience in training according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), as well as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Quality Systems Regulations (QSR).

Signing ceremony held Dec. 17, 2013 [Acworth, Ga.] - Inalfa Roof Systems, a leading global supplier of vehicle roofing systems, is investing 17.1 million in a new manufacturing facility in Cherokee County.

Inalfa is based in The Netherlands. This is the company’s fourth U.S. facility, and its first in the Southeast. Employees at the new facility will manufacture sunroofs and other roofing systems for automotive manufacturers.
