We provide you with colorful posters to help promote the trip, parent brochures to help you send the message home and individual registration forms to help manage sign-ups. Once your trip is booked, we provide you with online tools to help you manage rooming lists, bus direction forms and more! We help you every step of the way!

We work with you throughout the planning process to design a trip that meets the unique needs of your group. Whether that means catering to small groups or arranging a special itinerary, we go to great lengths to accommodate each need and attend to every detail. The sample itineraries we provide can be used as a guideline for planning your trip.

Founded in 1982 by Marvin Gerber, a former educator who understood the unique needs of a student tour, Gerber Tours is a company rooted in the belief that enriching students' lives through educational travel is vital to their learning experience.

Understanding that groups need flexibility in terms of accommodations, we offer you a wide range of hotels, from budget inns, to luxury hotels so you can design your tour to meet the exact needs of your group. Typically, students are roomed in quadruple occupancy rooms and adults in double occupancy rooms. Free chaperones are roomed in double occupancy. All accommodations include private bath and TV and are inspected by our travel experts for safety and comfort.
