GeriatriCare® Management, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Stephanie Thomopoulos, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of experience working with the elderly, the disabled and their families. As a Professional Care Management agency, we understand and can assist with many of the common problems affecting this population, such as memory loss, relocation considerations, grief, and conflicts concerning care issues. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care with compassion and respect for each person.
ASA’s members comprise the largest multidisciplinary national community of professionals working with and on behalf of older people. The membership includes representatives of the public and private sectors, service providers, researchers, educators, advocates, health, allied health, social service, managed care and long-term care and mental health professionals, students and the retired, policy makers and planners.
Our mission is to provide the most complete range of services available to meet the needs of our clients. We use a team approach and an extensive referral system to enable clients to choose from multiple options that are personalized to individual or family needs.

Stephanie I. Thomopoulos is President and Founder of GeriatriCare® Management, Inc., a private care management firm founded in 1995 that provides individualized services to the elderly and disabled. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1988, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Catholic University of America in 1990.
