Mavic, French manufacturer of bike systems and rider's equipment came into being in 1889. Today, with over one hundred years of experience, Mavic continues to stride forward into the future. More than 300 staff help the famous yellow brand to progress - with a real passion for the sport of cycling.

Quarq was founded in 2006, established its factory in Spearfish, South Dakota (USA) in 2007, demonstrated prototype power meters at Interbike the same year and shipped its first power meter in June 2008. This first power meter, the CinQo, pioneered the tool free, replaceable battery and was one of the first power meters with ANT+™ wireless communication.

Santa Cruz Bicycles was founded in 1993 in a space the size of a single car garage in the Seabright Cannery, in Santa Cruz California. Our first bike, the Tazmon, was a single pivot dual suspension bike that rattled established sensibilities and helped define our then- ethos of "simply advanced." That bike was the cornerstone for a brand that was founded on the notion of doing things our own way in order to build the best. We have been rattling sensibilities ever since.
