Description

Our history is rooted in the medical device manufacturing and sterilization industry. For more than 20 years, GEX founder and CEO Gary Pageau worked in the medical device industry. He developed and managed facilities using gamma irradiation and was a pioneer in the use of high-energy electron beam irradiation for contract sterilization of medical devices. In 1991, Mr. Pageau decided to start a company that specialized in dosimetry for the industrial radiation process market, providing complete and standardized solutions that could be easily integrated into a company’s manufacturing process.

We maintain a zero defect goal in the manufacture and distribution of our products. If defects or problems are discovered by our customers, we truly need to hear about them. We rely on our staff and also our customers to report problems when they arise.

GEX is a single source for everything you will need for managing a successful dosimetry program – products, equipment, software, and procedures for installation, calibration, routine use and maintenance of the system. We work with our customers to become a valued partner in their businesses through our dedication to the industry and the individual customers' needs. Regardless of your application, we can provide a solution to fit your specific requirements. GEX technical support is always available to our customers, at every step of the process.

GEX has helped dozens of companies implement dosimetry systems at facilities with no previous dosimetry experience. W e can help you build a dosimetry program from the ground up. GEX makes it simple! We provide everything from eqiupment, to dosimeters, to calibration services, to training. We are knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and take pride in helping our customers be successful.

We prefer to work with our customers on all aspects of dosimetry: from defining requirements, to implementation, to calibration, and maintenance. All dosimetry solutions are dependent upon a customer’s particular application and the unique processing environment. A successful dosimetry program involves the correct selection, implementation, and management of a comprehensive dose measurement system. Our mission today is to keep improving: our products, standardization, competencies, and most importantly the customer experience.
