GFD Management Inc. ("GFD") is the successor in interest to a management and development company originally established in February of 1976 by Miles Freedman, President. Today, GFD Management Inc. is a commercial real estate firm offering a full range of services including development, leasing, management, and financial services throughout five states in the Southeast and Northeast. GFD uses a team of individuals experienced in the multiple facets of retail real estate. GFD Associates Inc., an affiliate of GFD Management Inc., performs all aspects of development from site location and acquisition to the opening of the property. As of December 31, 2005, 3,506,520 square feet of retail space has been developed and constructed by GFD. The Property Management Division of GFD has established a longstanding reputation for its detail-oriented center operations. GFD's management philosophy is to provide prompt and responsive service to our tenants, investors, and customers, and to achieve higher levels of occupancy and ultimately greater returns on investment. As of December 31, 2005, GFD's portfolio of 22 properties in 5 states totaled 3,210,067 square feet under management.
