Description

The Georgia Food Industry Association was founded in 1992 as a result of the merger between the Georgia Grocers Association and the Georgia Wholesale Grocers Association. We are the only trade association dedicated solely to representing the grocery industry. GFIA members include retailers, wholesalers and suppliers doing business in Georgia. As the voice of the food industry, the GFIA provides full time legislative representation during the Georgia General Assembly and regulatory representation with state and national agencies such as Department of Agriculture, Department of Revenue, Department of Human Resources, USDA, WIC, EBT, etc... GFIA also provides members with networking opportunities and educational events throughout the year.
