Gibian, LLC Consulting + Construction Management was founded in April of 2008. Our passion is customer service. When you hire Gibian, LLC you get direct access to the owners of the company Ryan S. Gibian and Todd M. Gibian (principals).

We specialize in identification of problems during a project’s conceptual stage, and abating problems before they can manifest themselves.

This access is far from the standard in the industry, where many of our competitor’s principals maintain little or no contact with their customers – our customers are our life blood. That is the reason Gibian, LLC retains so many repeat customers (90% of our business is returning customers). We also love our new clients as well.
