Gill Metal Fab, founded in 1988 is a complete precision sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing company. Gill Metal Fab known as GMF, also provides engineering, programming, design and precision welding services. GMF has high volume production capabilities as well as prototype, small run expertise. Our machinery is state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment. We supply precision sheet metal and welded parts to many industries including electronics, communications, computer, lighting, semiconductor, and vacuum.

Gill Metal Fab can be your "One Stop Job Shop". We provide completed parts to a wide variety of industries nation wide. To complement our Engineering, fabrication and welding services we also offer finishing and assembly services. This results in a streamlined process for our customers, eliminating redundant shipping and handling time and reducing cost. Customers are assured of quality throughout the entire process to finished parts.

We can provide powder coated finishes, baked enamel, normal wet process painted finishes, anodized finishes and all common plated finishes. We also provide #8 mirror finish, #4 polish and 2B finishes on our stainless steel jobs. Steel and aluminum can be grained to meet your requirements. We also use bead blasting, sand blasting and tumbling to provide special finishes.

Engineering Services At GMF, we can design and process metal fab and welding jobs from steps A through Z. Our experienced, dedicated team of engineering specialists have the ability to develop or download CAD files, produce up to D-Size prints, and generate C.N.C. programs.
