Gillard Associates was founded in 1980 by Elizabeth A. Gillard, B.S. in psychology and a paralegal. The firm was established to assist companies and law firms in hiring qualified attorneys and paralegals. Our collaborative efforts focus on fulfilling the needs of employers while enhancing the professional development of employees. Elizabeth Gillard has received many awards from both the National and Massachusetts Associations of Personnel Service and has served as president of the latter. She has been instrumental as a leader of professional placement organizations nationwide. She received the prestigious Grace Cooke Memorial Award in 1996 for outstanding contributions to the profession. Gillard Associates is the oldest full-service legal recruitment firm in New England serving a national clientele. Founder Elizabeth Gillard is past president of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services, has served on the board of the National Association of Legal Personnel Services, and has advised the National Association of Legal Personnel Services. We adhere to the highest ethical standards in the industry. Gillard Associates has two full time attorney recruiters and two full time paralegal recruiters.
