Gillette Creamery is the largest supplier of Ice Cream products to all classes of trade in Eastern New York State. We have exclusive and preferred contracts with each of our suppliers. Gillette Creamery has been Family Owned and Operated since 1985 and based in Ellenville, New York. We started in 1985 as Tri-County Ice Cream, serving a few counties, with 4 employees and 2 trucks. Since that time, the company has grown to include over 70 employees, 26 trucks, 3000 accounts in 19 counties and over 2,500 pieces of equipment with our own in-house refrigeration staff. We currently operate out of our main facility in Ellenville, New York and our secondary depot located in Albany, New York.
