Paulding County Schools Foundation In early 2009, the United Way and the Paulding County Schools Foundation (PCSF) partnered to develop, promote and support efforts that ensure Paulding County students are successful in school. When the PCSF campaign chairman, Joe Brownlee, approached Congressman Phil Gingrey with the idea, the Congressman immediately asked if he could kick off the campaign by making the initial contribution. Just as Congressman Gingrey has done since beginning his political career on his local school board, he continues to fight for young Georgians to ensure that they receive education that is second to none. Along with serving our veterans, there is no mission more important than to ensure that our service members and their families are cared for while serving at home or abroad.
