Although Larry enjoyed getting his hands dirty in the greenhouse, he needed more. He attended an agricultural high school and University of Massachusetts' Stockbridge School of Agriculture, obtaining an associates degree in Floraculture. While working as the foreman at a large nursery, Larry was in charge of a greenhouse addition. This is where and when he discovered what he wanted to do for the rest of his life...build. Larry Reynolds began his own business building Lord & Burnham greenhouses in 1976. Since then, the greenhouse business has come a long way. Glass Structures Limited has expanded to include solariums, conservatories, skylights, pool enclosures, other greenhouse manufacturers, and much more. We have built, restored, and repaired thousands of horticultural greenhouses and sunrooms. We have even installed an insulated greenhouse on the popular television show Victory Garden. This family business has a strong healthy past, and will continue to grow and strengthen with each and every job.
