Giuseppi Crystal does not refund on any purchases, all purchases are final. My art glass is high borate glass (Pyrex ). Propane and oxygen are used through a torch, to heat and soften the glass so that it can be sculptured by pushing, pulling, bending, and detailing with hand tools. All of the glass must be kept hot while working and then placed in a kiln and cooled slowly to relieve stress in the glass.
