Mike Cooper established GlobalDoc, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia in 1993 as a professional technical documentation and translation services company. Mike remains very active in company operations and serves as the CEO/President of GlobalDoc, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, GlobalDoc (UK) Ltd. and GlobalDoc India Pvt. Ltd. His extensive experience and leadership in the technical documentation, marketing communications, and translation services industries enable him to understand a broad range of international client information requirements. He began his career with IBM Corporation in 1981.

Our automated, translation memory and technology-driven DTP techniques in many supported file formats frequently eliminate the need for costly, error-prone, cut-and-paste multilingual DTP activities. These techniques save clients time and money while maintaining high standards of quality. We believe true full-service translation support should be much more involved than simply providing translated text files back to a client.

GlobalDoc builds translation memory files by client and by product, for every project. We have the ability to use any client preferred translation memory software such as TRADOS ® or Wordfast ® . Our proprietary workflow automatically utilizes translation memory and captures glossary updates to maximize cost savings. This ensures the highest quality information with the fastest possible turnaround times.
