GEM provides consulting and business services including: - Standard Development and advice related to FpML and related standards in the financial community - Advisory and Management Consulting for organizations implementing FpML. - Training and Mentoring on FpML and related standards. These tools include: - FpML Mediator, an integrated product for validating, matching and reconciling FpML trades and portfolios. - GemScribe, an FpML viewer/editor, distributed through ISDA. - GEM Extractor, a tool for parsing DSWG format FpML files and extracting key business data into flat files. Global Electronic Markets is managed by Brian Lynn, a founder of FpML.org and co-chair of the FpML Standards Committee (1999-2002), and a current editor of the FpML standard specification.
