OKLAHOMA CITY, July 29, 2013 – Global Imaging Systems (GIS), A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), acquired OneSOURCE Managed Services, an Oklahoma Office Systems company and provider of printing, copying and imaging solutions. OneSOURCE Managed Services—headquartered in Oklahoma City with offices in Tulsa, Enid and Muskogee—will expand Xerox’s distribution to the area by immediately adding Xerox’s office and printing technology, and managed print services, to its portfolio. In addition to Xerox equipment, OneSOURCE Managed Services also distributes Konica Minolta, Copystar, Hewlett-Packard and Muratec products. “Through our core companies—like OneSOURCE Managed Services—we continue to grow a network of locally based companies that have a proven track record of delivering a world-class customer experience ranging from the desktop to managed services,” said Michael Pietrunti, senior vice president of acquisitions, GIS.
