Our training differs from what is offered by other training companies in that we concentrate on all the required practical knowledge and troubleshooting in an interactive teaching technique. Our on-site training "total cost", including the course fee and traveling expenses, are so much less than sending a technician to other training courses. FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE: What "Factory Representative" means is that we are a contracted sales and customer service representative and are almost like the manufacturer's employee. We are not a distributor of any kind so you are actually dealing directly with the manufacturers when you deal with us.
