Jerry C. Barbera has more than twenty years of experience with premiere, technology driven Consumer Electronics companies and related industries. He has extensive experience in introducing new technologies into the global market place and introduced several award winning products that have significantly enhanced the Home Entertainment Experience.

Brian Klosterman has over 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics and related technology industries. His background includes licensing, technology development, business development, product management, sales, marketing and business strategy development. He is currently chief executive officer of REVA Ventures, Inc., a technology consulting company. He served as president and chief operating officer of the publicly traded company StarSight Telecast, Inc. from 1993 to 2000.

Karen Gold has been working in the consumer electronics and technology marketing business for over 20 years, in both US and Canada.Ms Gold was always a technophile but had the good fortune of working in marketing for Circuit City in the late 80's during the boom years of margin-rich technology. At Circuit, she was responsible for marketing analysis, site selection, The Sound Machine, promotions, grand openings, spiff plans, and all special projects. She then moved to Casio Phonemate , were she launched their first joint venture, the video phone.

Brian’s broad expertise in Latin American markets enabled him to re-engineer local distribution and sales methods, achieving significant cost reductions and revenue/profit improvements. This, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the Latin American marketplace and network of strategic relationships, allowed Castelmec to establish a profitable, market-leading presence for Sharp Electronics in Latin America. Brian oversees compliance with import/export regulations, monitors international factory production orders, and reviews all monthly financial statements.

Johney Kim has been working in the consumer electronics and technology licensing business for over 14 years, both domestically and internationally. He co-founded Global TechLink ASIA with Mr.Andrew Duncan, CEO of Global TechLink, specializing in multi-media, digital convergence device and application technology on a global basis, including Interactive TV, Digital streaming, and Consumer Electronics.
