Goble Properties is a family owned and operated commercial real estate investment company. We specialize in meeting the space requirements of small and medium size businesses. Ernie Goble, who began buying real estate in the San Jose area, founded the company in 1946. Originally focusing on industrial warehouse buildings, we also now own and manage retail centers, office buildings, and R&D buildings.
