Your homeowners’ association dues pay for any and all costs of owning, operating and maintaining your resort. Some of these expenses are controlled by BGV, your management company and are closely scrutinized by the homeowners’ association board of directors. These expenses include maintenance, operations, housekeeping and management as well as reserves.
