Our goals at the "Golden BodyWorker", are to assist clients in physically and spiritually aligning their bodies by improving circulation of blood and increasing the flexibility of muscles, ligaments and other soft tissue. We work with you to achieve: - releasing problematic muscles - reducing muscle tissue inflammation to alleviate pain - decreasing stress in an easy-going, relaxed environment We understand how important it is to keep the mind and body strong and healthy to create happiness in one's life. Together, we will discuss: - past injuries - health history - any pain or areas of tension you may have Additionally, we will leave the room for your privacy so that you may undress to your comfortability and need. Do not forget to drink plenty of water to flush out your system after the massage. Before pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Administration with a Minor in Business at Cal Poly of San Luis Obispo, CA, Wendy graduated from Saddleback Junior College, CA with certificates in Recreation, Coaching, and Aquatics. As a sports instructor and coach, Wendy noticed that many students, who had incurred injury or whose muscles were fatigued, benefited from massage. As an athlete herself, she regularly received massage before competitions. She kept her dreams on hold until 2002 when she earned a 1000-hour certificate in Integrated Massage at the Golden Institute of Massage in Golden, CO.
