Golden Gate Cycles has been a fixture in San Francisco and Northern California for more than 26 years. Motorcycle enthusiasts have long considered us the ideal one-stop shop for all of their motorcycling needs. Ray Nowakowski, the president of the company, took over Golden Gate Cycles in 1981. He is a lifelong motorcycling enthusiast who has been a steadfast advocate for motorcycle dealers and consumers for nearly 30 years. He is a 20 year member of the board of directors for the California Motorcycle Dealers Association and is currently the president of the California Motorcycle Dealers Association. Ray is widely respected throughout the industry and literally wrote the book on how to properly operate a motorcycle dealership. Located in the heart of San Francisco, at 1540 Pine Street between Van Ness and Polk, our dealership features 40,000 square feet of motorcycle heaven and a fantastic selection of motorcycles, sport bikes, watercraft, scooters,parts and accessories.
