Fern Wagner has more than 30 years of experience in retail, merchandising, sales and retail leasing. Bill Gerstein has a natural interest and instinct for real estate and development. He began studying architectural drawing in high school and worked as an apprentice for Douglas Michaels, a Washington D.C. architect. As an undergraduate he continued these studies at Pratt Institute, The School of Visual Arts in New York City, and earned a BA degree from City University of New York.
