Gomez and Sullivan staff has been involved in FERC licensing and compliance projects for the past 17 years. Our technical staff has acquired a high level of credibility with all parties (licensing agencies, other governmental bodies, and non-governmental organizations) in scoping and conducting scientifically-based studies for FERC licensing. We have been successful as individuals and as a group due to the broad range of capabilities we bring to a project and our ability to understand both environmental and engineering/operations concerns. This broad understanding allows us to develop and evaluate operations plans that address environmental needs while minimizing the impact on hydropower operations, thereby making the best sustainable use of the resource.
