For over 25 years Mike has enjoyed working with a wide variety of companies providing accounting, audit, tax and other consulting services.

Mitchell has 30 years of CPA experience in taxation. He has a broad range of experience which includes tax planning and tax preparation for businesses and individuals. He specializes in the estates, trusts and individuals. Mitchell received a B.S. from Brooklyn College and a M.S. from the University of Miami. Mitchell joined Good & Fowler in 2002 and became a principal in 2010. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPA's.

Dan is a small business and tax partner who has spent his entire career with Good & Fowler bringing over thirty years experience working with privately held companies in a wide variety of industries. His specialty is working with clients on not only their business needs, but their individual tax planning and preparation as well. Dan works with the client's legal representatives in formalizing estate plans as well as acting as trustee for several estates and trusts.
