Goodwill's Learn to Earn Program is designed to provide services to adults who receive cash assistance from the department of human services in addition to having a significant barrier(s). These individuals are typically those who would be unable to obtain and maintain employment without additional assistance. This program assists people in making better decisions regarding his/her vocational direction and competitive employability regardless of the eventual job chosen.

The GoodGuides Youth Mentoring program is dedicated to helping youth build career plans, skills, and prepare for school completion, post-secondary training, and productive work. The program provides structured and supportive relationships with trusted adult mentors. GoodGuides serves youth ages 12-17 who are at risk of delinquency or who have already had contact with the juvenile justice system. By becoming part of the social network of adults and community members who care about the youth, the mentor can help youth develop and reach positive academic, career, and personal goals.

Goodwill Industries of Rhode Island has been providing a variety of services to youth ages 14- 24 since 1972. The overall goal is to assist youth with employment, career exploration, volunteer opportunities, and work readiness skills. Use the links on the left to see the youth programs we offer.
