Gootee Construction, founded in 1991 by Kathleen Gootee and Elaine Gootee as a Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), is qualified by the State of Louisiana Licensing Board for Contractors, License #8, in the following areas: building construction; highway, street and bridge construction; heavy construction; municipal and public works construction; electrical work; and mechanical work. We are also licensed by the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana and the Mechanical Boards in the New Orleans area.
