GORCA Space & Communications (GS&C) is a privately held aerospace services corporation with principal offices in Moorestown, New Jersey. Charles R. Horton, a former long-term employee of RCA Astro Electronics and its successor, GE Astro Space, is the owner and president. GORCA began providing professional engineering services to aerospace Customers in 1988. Key staff and associates were initially recruited from the best management and technical talent from more than 400 professionals from RCA?s aerospace divisions who took the RCA early retirement option after the GE acquisition of RCA.

Skilled Program Manager and Systems Engineer with over 30 years experience on many large aerospace programs and satellites which are in service today. He has a complete grasp of the design, reliability and product assurance, manufacturing and test needs for long life products. Extensive experience in providing management and working-level help to clients with new or unexpected problems stemming from growth, peak loads, or unfamiliar requirements in the aerospace business.

Versatile project management professional with over 23 years of experience in international and domestic program management, new business strategic planning and acquisition, and systems engineering. Demonstrated experience in entire space-based system acquisition and production process, management of large commercial space programs and proposals requiring cross-functional, multi-corporate teams for international Customers.

The core management team has broad experience in business strategy, market planning, organizational management, finance, regulatory affairs, engineering manufacturing and operations. Our management team has held senior positions in leading aerospace manufacturing firms.
