Description

Dan graduated from Ball State University and Harvard Law School. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Dan is also a member of the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and American Agricultural Law Association. Since 1996, he has prepared the updates for Indiana Estate Planning and Probate Practice published by Matthew Bender Co.

Tony graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and School of Law at Indianapolis. He practiced law in Indianapolis until 1991 when he moved to Bluffton. Tony’s practice focuses on entity selection and formation (limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships), commercial law (contracts and business transactions), creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, property tax abatement, and real estate matters. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
